Hi. Many look so nice but not all of these recipes are made from scratch! I've seen two now at least where it requires you have some ready made mix or ready made cookies to put in it which is kind of disappointing. I'm going to try the german pancakes now I think 🙂

I guess I am confused. I just clicked through on every recipe and I don't see any that require ready made cookies. Yes, the coffee cake uses a gluten-free flour mix and the fresh toast uses bread (as does any French Toast recipe). But they are definitely mostly from scratch with regular pantry ingredients.

Debbie, I haven't tried it either, but I'm definitely going to!

I've never thought of doing a breakfast casserole in the crock pot; I usually use the same type of ingredients for breakfast muffins. I bet this would reheat in individual portions just as well, though. and it's much easier to clean than all the muffin cups!

Karen, my pleasure.

Barbara, I really hope you will!

So many great ideas. I'm thinking I need to convert the breakfast risotto recipe in to a pressure cooker recipe.

Lydia, it's definitely not something I've experimented with that much either, but I love the idea of it, especially when you're having guests.

I have to admit that I never think of using my slow cooker for breakfast, but what a great idea! Thanks for this round-up. Lots of new-to-me ideas here.
