If you haven't tried cooking turkey breast in the slow cooker, you may not realize how tender and juicy the meat will turn out.  As a bonus, this Slow Cooker Asian Inspired Turkey Breast from A Year of Slow Cooking has a delicious-sounding sauce featuring soy sauce, sesame oil, peanut butter, horseradish, garlic and a touch of lime.  Stephanie recommends simmering the sauce to reduce it before you serve it over the turkey, but this is still a very easy recipe.
