This soup looks really good. Using the food processor to finely chop the vegetables really speeds up the assembly process. Love the touch of red wine vinegar at the end. Yum.

I love lentil soup and this one sounds spectacular. I learned the red wine trick from a chef years ago when I helped out in her catering business.
