Slow Cooker Rosemary Garlic Mashed Potatoes from Coconut and Lime

Rosemary Garlic Mashed Potatoes cooked in the slow cooker!  (Photo from Coconut and Lime.)

(For Friday Favorites we spotlight past recipes that you may have missed, and although I first posted these Rosemary Garlic Mashed Potatoes as an idea for St. Patrick's Day, they would also be perfect for Thanksgiving (when you usually have too many things on the stove!)

Here's a great way to cook the potatoes if you're cooking Corned Beef in the Slow Cooker this weekend.   Of course, you can cook potatoes in the slow cooker along with the corned beef, but if you'd like a different option for potatoes I think these Slow-Cooked Rosemary Garlic Mashed Potatoes from Coconut and Lime would taste great with corned beef!

I hope you enjoy trying this from-scratch slow cooker recipe!   Use this link to get the recipe for Slow-Cooked Rosemary Garlic Mashed Potatoes from Coconut and Lime.
