When I launched Slow Cooker from Scratch, I wanted it to be a resource for people who were just learning to use a slow cooker as well as experienced slow cooker users.  You may have noticed there's a section above with Reviews and Tips where I've linked to a few posts about basic tips for using the slow cooker.

As I add new links to this page, I'm going to feature them as a daily post, and today's tip is How to Thicken Slow Cooker Soups and Stews with Low-Carb Ingredients from nutrition coach Georgie Fear at AskGeorgie.com.  Her ideas also work well for gluten-free eating.
