Slow Cooker Pork Posole Stew Recipe from Foodie Crush

Slow Cooker Pork Posole Stew

When this delicious-looking Slow Cooker Pork Posole Stew from Foodie Crush popped up in my feed reader, my first thought was how much my late father would have enjoyed this recipe, followed immediately by the thought that I must share it right away with readers of Slow Cooker from Scratch.  The word "posole" in the title refers to the white hominy that is traditional in this Mexican dish, and I think Heidi's version of Pork Posole looks spectacular.

I hope you enjoy trying this from-scratch slow cooker recipe! Use this link to get the recipe for Slow Cooker Pork Posole Stew from Foodie Crush.

I know pork is traditional with posole, but I'd love to try this with chicken or turkey.
