Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Tacos with Blue Cheese Slaw from Mountain Mama Cooks

I love everything about these Buffalo Chicken Tacos with Blue Cheese Slaw!  (Photo from Mountain Mama Cooks.)

Now that I've spent almost a whole summer looking for Slow Cooker Summer Dinners, I've decided that tacos are really perfect for a summer meal idea.  You can cook the meat in the slow cooker without heating up the house, and then serve the tacos with cooling ingredients, like the blue cheese slaw in this recipe.  Kelley from Mountain Mama Cooks is doing a weekly taco recipe for Taco Tuesday, and these Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Tacos with Blue Cheese Slaw really caught my eye; hope you enjoy trying them!

I hope you enjoy trying this from-scratch slow cooker recipe! Use this link to get the recipe for Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Tacos with Blue Cheese Slaw from Mountain Mama Cooks.

Buffalo chicken with blue cheese is one of those taste combinations I get cravings for, and the next time I do, I'm trying this slow cooker version. Great idea! (And thanks for linking to one of my slow cooker recipes.)
