I want to share one more recipe before I take the rest of the week off for some holiday celebrating with my family, and this Slow Cooker Baked Ziti with Pepperoni from 365 Days of Slow Cooking is festive with the red and green colors. This is a slow cooker casserole that doesn't require pre-cooking the pasta, and it sounds delicious.
Happy Holidays to all my readers! And I hope there's a new slow cooker under your Christmas tree, maybe the Crock-Pot Casserole Slow Cooker that Karen used for this recipe.
Ingredients for this CrockPot Recipe:
- green bell pepper

Karen used the new Crock-Pot Casserole Slow Cooker, but she says any large ovel-shaped (6 quart) slow cooker will also work.
