It's Saturday and this week for Casserole Crock Saturdays I'm sharing another slow cooker breakfast idea, and I love the sound of this easy five-ingredient low-carb and gluten-free Crock Pot Sausage Egg Casserole from Recipes that Crock! And who doesn't love sausage and eggs cooked together?
This was cooked on low for five hours in the Crock-Pot Casserole Crock Slow Cooker, but I've made similar recipes that cooked for about three hours on high, so I'd say take your choice on that part.
