Everyone who's a slow cooker fan knows how the slow cooker turns out tender shredded chicken, pork, or beef.  Where the fun comes is spicing up that tender meat with different combinations, and I love the sound of this Slow Cooker Tandoori Pulled Chicken from The Perfect Pantry that's perfectly seasoned with Indian spices.  The chicken can be served with Naan or other flatbread like Lydia shows in the photo, but if you're cutting down on carbs or just watching calories after the holidays, serve this on top of salad for a delicious low-carb and diet-friendly meal!

Ingredients for this recipe:
Boneless and skinless chicken thighs, plain nonfat Greek yogurt, honey, ground cumin, tandoori masala or garam masala, powdered ginger, coriander, Kabsa spice blend or turmeric, cayenne pepper, kosher salt, black pepper, cardamom, garlic cloves, lemon juice.

Thanks so much for featuring this recipe! It freezes well, so I like to keep small packets of the chicken in the freezer to top salads at a moment's notice.
