Chantal, so glad you enjoyed it!
I've been reading your blog only a few short months, and this is the first time I'm posting to say this recipe was awesome!!!
I marinated the chicken and made a few slight changes, 2 cans of kidney beans and about 1 1/2 cups of fresh pico de gallo. I paired it with some brown rice in my rice cooker. My husband and 3 kids (9, 4, 2) loved this. It is sooo easy and the meat falls apart. Plus, it makes awesome leftovers, or is just as good in a burrito! thanks so much for posting all these great recipes!
Lydia, so true. No wonder it's a hit!
This is a great recipe for a beginner, because it shows you how to combine ingredients and the seasonings can be adjusted to your taste.
I've made Budget Bytes Taco Bowl several times and it is so yummy! Simple and satisfying and the whole family loved it!
Sherri Jo, thanks for sharing that and for rating the recipe!
